The SourceOne Job Fair project was developed to provide youth with better awareness of, and access to, local job opportunities by providing easier linkages between employers currently seeking workers and local youth. The upcoming job fairs are outlined below. Please keep an eye on this web site as links to employers along with job seeker preparation suggestions are posted. Waterloo Region This Job Fair, held February 18, 2010, attracted over 1100 job seekers. The winner of the door prize is Erin Guté. Congratulations Erin!

Employers |
For a small participation fee, employers have access to youth seeking employment in a one stop shopping style venue. Interview facilities are made available if required and all marketing for the job fairs is done centrally through SourceOne

Employment Service Providers |
Local agencies providing pre-employment services to youth can direct their job ready clients to positions currently available. The added bonus for SourceOne is that they also have the opportunity to connect with youth who require help but were not aware of the services available to them.
